What services do you offer?
We specialise in wedding day coordination but also offer a range of exciting packages to suit your style and setting. Here’s a quick rundown:

✨ On-the-Day Coordination – Perfect for couples who’ve planned it all and need someone to bring it together on the day.
✨ Adventure Elopements – Wild, romantic, and intimate celebrations in stunning natural settings. Think cliffs, forests, or windswept moors - all the freedom, none of the stress.
✨ Micro Weddings – Beautifully styled small weddings with all the magic, just a little more intimate.
✨ Venue Set-Up & Styling Support – Ideal if you’ve got a dry-hire venue or want help transforming a space with your own vision.
✨ Weekend Wedding Support – Planning something over a few days? We can help coordinate the whole experience, from welcome drinks to farewell brunches.
✨ Supplier Sourcing Add-Ons – Need help finding trusted local florists, caterers, or bands? We’ve got you.

Each package is tailored - we’ll always take the time to find out what you need and make it work beautifully.
What is on-the-day coordination?
On-the-day coordination means we step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding, take over the logistics, confirm with your suppliers, create the timeline, and then run the day itself. It’s about making sure all your hard work flows effortlessly.
When should we book you?
As early as you can, especially if your wedding is in peak season (May–September). But if your date is soon - get in touch! We’ll always see if we can help.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?
We're based in Devon, and we cover weddings and elopements across the South West — including Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, and beyond for destination or adventure weddings. For elopements and retreats, we can travel anywhere in the UK.
We’re planning something a bit different – can you help?
Yes please! If it’s personal, outdoorsy, DIY, alternative, or involves some logistical magic - we're in. Whether you're marrying on a hilltop or in a family field, we thrive in creative, heartfelt, and sometimes logistically challenging settings.
What if we’re also booking Solace & Sky or combining the two?
Amazing! If you’re considering a Solace & Sky retreat as part of your pre-wedding experience (like a wellness hen do or a post-wedding mini-moon), we can build a package that combines both. Let us know your ideas and we’ll dream it up together.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
That’s exactly why we're there. We handle everything quietly behind the scenes — so you can focus on soaking it all in. Forgotten buttonholes, spilled Prosecco, rogue weather? We’ve got you.
How do we book?
Head to the contact page, send us a few details about your day, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours. Once we’ve had a chat and you're ready, I’ll send a contract and deposit invoice to secure your date.
